Being a formally trained economist who changed her career after 10+ years of office life, my culinary career purely roots to my passion for great ingredients and plating them in the possibly most amazing way. While doing so, I make sure to take into consideration the dietary values and restrictions of individuals as healthy eating is my personal interest.

We believe in seasonality, reducing carbon footprint, sustainable, balanced and healthy nutrition.
We plan our menus and services by taking these values into consideration so that the impact of what we do today will remain in the minds of our guests for a long time, but will be erased from our world as much as possible...
